Warm , peaceful, very friendly, Felt like home
We were greeted by Davide on the main road and did not know what to expect. We were told that to get to this place we had to climb over 250 steps. I was worried about the luggage but to my surprize Davide but our luggage on a lift, therefore no worries. As we climbed the stairs we kept asking ourselves, what did we get ourselves into. It was worth the climb because when we got there we were greeted to a little bit of heaven. The views are breathtaking, the property is beautiful, the room was delightful and very clean but most of all the hosts made us feel like we were part of the family. Davide and his mother Anna bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. When I go back to Positano there is only one place that I will go to. Thank you Davide and thank you Anna for your warmth and incredible cooking. We miss you. Your friends Luigi(Gino) and Dana

Beautiful, friendly, elegant, delicious, authentic
Refugio degli Dei was the best place, in all ways, that my wife and I stayed during our month in Italia. A real agriturismo, with tomatoes, eggplant, figs, lemons, squash, herbs, and more, raised right next to our own spacious and fully equipped apartment with adjacent private terrace. The view of the sea directly below and the village of Positano, a kilometer to the west was breathtaking. Our hosts, the family of Ottavio, Anna, Paulo, Mauro, Davide, and Simone, were warm and gracious, making every effort to ensure we were well taken care of--while at the same time giving us total privacy. Sparkling clean and exquisitely elegant, and at the same time not over-the-top fancy, the trek up 300 stairs was more than worth every single step! Of all the places in Italy, you MUST stay here
I traveled around Italy for a month with a friend, and we stayed in several places around the country. Nothing compared to Rifugio Degli Dei. The family was so accommodating and friendly. The views, the food, and the company were absolutely fantastic. Please, do me a favor, and stay here. You won't regret it.

Innanzitutto una standing ovation alla marmellata di fichi, alla crostata (e anche la torta alla nutella...) della Signora Anna!! Per non parlare dei buonissimi pomodori, i peperoncini e i prodotti dell'orto raccolti ogni giorno!
Il panorama incantevole, gli appartamenti attrezzati , il solarium privato e l'accoglienza e il clima familiare rendono il RIfugio un posto speciale! Una vacanza fiabesca! Provatela! :D Lea e Simone

Friendly family setting overlooking Positano villa
We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the family with home made Lemoncello and Anna's tasty home made cake.This Country house is a gem high in the hills with a breathtaking view of the bay and village.This tranquil setting was worth the 300 plus steps climb to the house.We were treated royally by the family who offered us fresh vegetables from their garden for those nights we cooked in our apartment.
We would most definitely recommend this hide a way up in the hill with great service provided by all of the family. Thank you Anna,Otavio, Paolo,Davide and Simone.

Do not miss this place
Our stay at Rifugio degli Dei was absolutely amazing. This BB has the best view and is newly remolded and had all the space we needed. It was a good change compared to the small rooms you normally get in Italy. Comfortable beds,the best shower head and clean. We travelled around Italy for a month staying at various hotels and BB and this place was by far the best. The family who owns the BB are fantastic and will to anything to make your stay memorable. The BB is well located in front of a local bus stop and a Sita bus stop so transportation is easy and convenient. Breakfast is great with fresh garden fruits and other fresh pastries. The whole BB is surrounded by gardens and do not miss the home made limoncello, it is fantastic. We did not want to leave and wish we could have stayed forever. We met other people in Positano and they were so jealous after we told them about the wonderful place we were staying at. Stay here, you will not regret it, this place has the true charm of Italy that anyone who is visiting the country is looking for. I will definitely be back.

Incantevole
Sei bellissimi giorni in questo incantevole agriturismo.
Il panorama che si gode dalle finestre di ogni appartamento:il mare e Positano.
La colazione deliziosa preparata dalla sig.ra Anna si consuma all'aria aperta su un terrazzo con lo stesso panorama che si gode dagli appartamenti.
L'appartamento era spazioso,carino e molto pulito;molto utile il frigobar sempre ben rifornito.
I 240 scalini che bisogna percorrere per raggiungere la statale sono ottimi per la salute e ottimi anche perchè servono per farti alloggiare in un luogo tranquillo,fuori dalla confusione e immerso nel verde.
La famiglia Fusco è veramente ospitale,ben disposta a darti suggerimenti utili per il soggiorno.
Per chi vuole trascorrere delle ferie in costa Amalfitana consiglio il "Rifugio degli Dei".
Dimenticavo:per visitare il Vallone Porto fatevi accompagnare da Simone,il più piccolo dei fratelli Fusco,è un ottimo Cicerone.

Great base to tour the Amalfi coast
We made the decision to stay at Rifugio degli Dei after reading some of the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor. I am pleased to say that the country house is every bit as good as the previous comments had suggested. We stayed in our apartment for 10 days and used the country house as a base to tour the Amalfi coast. The country house is situated 15 mins walk outside Positano but we enjoyed the journey into Positano on both foot and on the local bus service!!!!The Fusco family are magnificent hosts and we really enjoyed their company throughout our stay. The breakfast they serve is brilliant and I loved all the homemade produce!
A truly "unique" property and one that you will enjoy staying in. If you are fit and able I would definitely recommend this property. A great holiday !!!!

Super séjour - The best trip we had in 15 days!!
This hotel is situated 260 steps from the main road but it offers one the best view from positano. These steps are not so difficult to climb because you have a so beautiful view and you feel so good in this wonderfull place. The hotel is devided in 3 very nice flats in which you can cook. Each guest has is private terasse with sea view.
Very nice familly which that welcome you very well with drink and homemade cakes. During all the week the family provided us vegetables from their own garden.
They were very friendly and gave us good advices about the places to visit in the amalfi coast.
Every morning we took the breakfast in front of the sea and it was the best breakfast we had in an hotel ( homemade cake,marmelade, fruits from the garden,...)

The Best you will find
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and this city. We stayed in an apartment at Rifugio degli Dei for 4 nights and wished we could stay more. The family took great care of us and had an adorable dog, Shiela. The views were unbelievable!!!! We can't wait to return to Positano. Please know that Positano requires you to climb A LOT of stairs and this place is no exception- but it is worth it. David and his family carried all of our heavy stuff for us both up and down the stairs. This place was clean and just perfect. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the town of Positano and really hope you too can experience Rifugio degli Dei!
