(for two people)
Spaghetti garlic, oil and pepper:
cook 160 g spaghetti in salted water. While pasta is cooking heat three spoons olive oil with chopped red pepper. add two sliced garlic cloves. Drain spaghetti and mix them with oil.
Mozzarella alla caprese:
slice two “tomatoes from the coast” and buffalo mozzarella D.O.C. Lay down on a plate alternated slices of tomato and mozzarella and season with olive oil, origano, basil and a pinch of salt.
finely slice the pumpkin, cook it on a pre-heated griddle on both sides. Make a sauce with vinegar, a spoon of olive oil, salt, parsley and if you like red pepper. Put the slices in a terrine and season the pumpkin with the sauce. Serve after half an hour.
Provola cheese in lemon leaves:
cut the provola cheese in slices of about 1 cm and lay each one on a lemon leaf; grill it on a pre-heated griddle on both sides.

The Amalfi coast is famous all over the world for its lemon groves which dominate the terraced land. The Sfusato form amalfi is characterized by a unique smell and taste.
Just like every house on the Amalfi coast, even our house has its lemon groves, ideal to quench your thirst in the heat of summer days.
The delicious tomatoes from the coast are the main ingredients of cold dishes such as la “caprese” tomato and mozzarella salad, or the characteristic cherry tomatoes “sconcillo”, famous for the preparation of the bruschette.
Our company offers a wide choice of vegetables that granddad Elia grows with care and devotion. Among these, as you can see in the pictures, pumpkin and pumpkin flowers, cucumbers, and eggplants.
